geography, and other cultures, and then provide them with the means to explore them
locally, nationally, and globally.

country’s charming, timeless villages with the surprising architecture, culture and

Cartersville II
September 19, 2024
Travel to Cartersville to see the Etowah Indian Mounds, where Native Americans developed
a high level of artistry and craftsmanship, built a ceremonial complex of ritual and
burial mounds, hunted, farmed, fished, and controlled trade along the Etowah River.
After lunch, visit the Booth Western Art Museum, where guests are invited to see
America’s Story through contemporary Western artwork.
